Moses' visa is in!!!!
We can travel!
I just woke up and checked the CIC website and read: Decision Made. I could not believe it! This means that the visa was issued for his passport from then office in Kenya. But it doesn't mean you can travel....yet. Our agency requires us to wait for confirmation that the visa has been sent from Kenya and arrived safely in Ethiopia.
And then the phone rang......... and our agency said they had it in hand. They were shocked at how fast it went as well! 2 weeks! We got confirmation that our documents arrived Jan.19th and now on Feb.2nd we have the go ahead to hop on a plane.
So... off to the travel agent we go! Pray for some good seat sales!!! yeah right!
I can't believe this little boy is going to be in our arms forever sometime very very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got one photo from my caseworker who just returned but am still waiting on updated weight and height. Oh well, I don't really care if his clothes fit. I just want him in my arms! Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Today is a miraculous day in our growing family.

1. He is so beautiful and I love how he received your wonderful gifts, and is able to see you and mike.
2. How freaking exciting is this... you are so going to ethiopia to get your little man-- emily this is crazy- you are only moments, days, hours away from holding your baby

OH MY GOODNESS!! That is best news...I am actually crying right now cause I'm so happy for you :) That picture of Moses is adorable - and with the photo of you two in the background...even cuter. Imagine, in just a few short weeks you will no longer be in the background of his photos. You'll be IN them!!!

Congratulations!!! I well remember the rollercoaster of elation and panic when I received "the call"...savour every moment and very soon your precious wee man will be snuggled in your arms.

We are so excited for you! Have a safe trip and enjoy every second of it. Soon you will be breathing in the scent of your son and trust me that doesn't get old fast. I still LOVE snuggling into Sofia neck!
Write down all the questions that you want to ask the TH staff and really anything else that comes to mind. If you are like me every thought will run out of your head as soon as you pull up to the doors!
