Fingerprints...
On Saturday Mike and I got our criminal record checks and fingerprints done! I was so excited to get my prints done but unfortunately they don't even take you into some scary back room, they just bring the stamp pad out into the lobby...
Oh well, one more step completed.

EMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! I am so proud of you and Mike!! I'm so excited for you! It's like being pregnant except for the IV poles, staph infections and kidney stones :) I pray that you feel God's heavy hand on you three (it's three now!!) through this whole process. From keeping the birth mother healthy and making right choices, to naming your precious bambino! He's so lucky to be yours!
This is SOOOOO awesome Emily!!! And having a blog is an excellent thing to do :D. So I'm probably going through a similar process to you in becoming a permanent resident of Canada, family class through spousal sponsorship. We should share stories.

awwe that's too bad. At our RCMP office they take you through the back, down some stairs, through a looooong hallway, through another room, around a corner.... It was quite the adventure. And they had to take us separately! I asked they gentleman if I could take pictures but he wouldn't let me.

Hey Emily! Thanks for sharing the news with us!!! To answer your question about looking for another vehicle...we aren't. We still have the focus and we take turns using public transportation. Maybe one day we'll get that Scion though... Congrats again!!!
